Dear Mommy,

If you thought i was a big boy before then you will think I am SO big now! I can sit in the big boy high chair now! Miles gets to sit on the stools at the counter and I get a high chair! I am eating lots of yummy things now too. I also get to have big boy bath time now. No more baby bath tub. Its the real deal now. I kick and splash all over the place....it is awesome.

Dear Benson,

It is a good thing that you get to sit in the high chair now because boy do you get messy when you eat. Speaking of eating you are quite the picky eater. However you do enjoy eating any fruits, some vegetables and bread and yogurt and crackers and mashed potatoes. Yummy..... you are great in the bath too and I am sure you are going to be quite the swimmer just like your big brother. Please try not to grow up too fast.

On Wednesdays I go to Mutual to hang out with my awesome, incredible, beautiful beehives! We have so much fun learning new things and becoming better friends and feeling the spirit together that i love to go so much every week. I am sad that i have to leave you at home to play with Daddy but I love to be with the Beehives!

I am learning so many new things. My newest tricks that are my favorite are

GIGGLING

 and holding my own bottle!

Even though when I hold my own bottle sometimes I get very sleepy and I forget that i am eating and I decide to take a nap. Being a baby is great.

You are getting so big and learning new tricks every day. You now have two teeth and you are still sleeping through the night which makes mommy EXTREMELY happy. You are on the verge of crawling but i am sure that walking will be very close behind. You are such a joy!

My best friend in the whole wide world is Cousin Ammon. He is pretty cool. He doesnt cry why i steal his toys and he is very tough when I push him down, i mean when he falls down. We love to play in Grandmie and Grandpas basement together and we love to play in the dirt togther. Ammon is very good at using tools and he is teaching me all their names. Some of them are hammer and saw and Ammon has a cool hat. We are going to be best friends forever.

You and Ammon are quite the trouble makers. If your not pulling out Grandmies flowers in the front yard or finding sharp things to play with in Grandpas shed then you must be finding naughty pills to eat in Grandmas bathroom or torturing Grandma and Grandpas poor doggie Beast. But it is a good thing that you two have eachother......it would be pretty lonely sitting in time out all by yourself. :)

It is true you do have a new cousin! Aunt Kara and Uncle Bro finally welcomed Owen Bryan Illguth into the world today! Now Aunt Kara and Uncle Bro are very attractive people but come on!!! Dear Mommy,

For my birthday this year Grandma Nette got me a SUPER WHY SUPER HOVERCRAFT!!! I love to watch Super Why and the Super Readers in the morning! They have THE POWER TO READ and THE POWER TO SPELL and the ALPHABET POWER!!!!! It has been my favorite toy and when i hear the song come on the TV and run and get my SUPER HOVERCRAFT and i fly it around. Thank you grandma Nette and Papa!!

I am very glad that you like this show because it is very good at teaching you letters and spelling and reading. I hope that you love to read just like I do. So far so good because you will sit in my lap and read stories for hours and hours. Grandma Nette spoils you with these fun toys. It is a good thing that Uncle Jarom knew that you loved Super Why so you could get such a fun toy. Yeah for birthdays!

Dear Mommy,

Thank you so much for my fun present that you and Dadda and Benson got me! You said it is called PLAYDOH and i love it! It is fun to roll it and stretch it and squish it but NOT eat it. ICKY.......The pack of playdoh came with so many fun colors that i have a hard time choosing what one i want to play with. You tell me that i am only allowed to have one color out at a time though so the colors don't mix. I have cut out fun shapes and animals and i can make squiggly lines and everything is so fun!!!! Yeah for birthdays and fun presents, Thank you!!!

Playing with playdoh is defiantly an art. I was never really good at it when i was a child because i wasnt patient enough to not mix all the colors and i was always mad that i couldnt ever make anything as cool as Aunt Kara did cause she is so creative. :) But you are more like your Daddy so i knew you would love the playdoh! You can sit at the table for hours and make fun shapes and squigglies. I was wondering if you were going to try and eat it......but after one lick you realized it was way better to play with it. You are such a  smart boy!

Happy Birthday to ME! Happy Birthday to Me!!! I'm having a Birthday shout hooray! Everybody going to sing to me today! One year older and wiser too! (duh) Happy birthday to me!!!!! My birthday was so awesome. I am 2 now! I got to go to my first movie at the big movie theater, we saw How to Train your Dragon and it was awesome!! I sat and watched the whole movie and i ate all my candy! Then we came home and everyone came to my house with presents and we had yummy cake that Grandma Nette made. I LOVE BIRTHDAYS!!!! Bring on number 3! Thank you for such an awesome day.

 You are getting way too big! There are way to many differences between your first birthday and this birthday.....fist of all you used a fork to eat your birthday cake.
